Pundles (centre of the pink blob on the map) is 1,000 ft up in one of the wetter and windier parts of West Yorkshire, 3 miles north of Halifax and just off the A629 on the road to Keighley. Click here for directions. The Ovenden Moor wind farm can be clearly seen a little higher on the skyline. The trees grow slowly and lean to the East, and we get the snow before most!

A mile up the road is Ogden Water and a short drive through Mixenden is Jerusalem Farm - both great for Jenga walks. The Calderdale Way passes just at the end of our garden. The wind farm on Ovenden Moor makes an impressive sight. We are in easy reach of Halifax and Bradford and 20 mins from Haworth and the Brontes.
